Q: How do I
let you know when I have something to send
in? A: Please fill out free pick
up button or call us. If you prefer, we can check
your front door automatically twice a
week.
Q: Is there a minimum order
size? A: No. Why pile up dirty
clothes? We respect your judgement..
Q: Do I have to be home for
service? A: No. We pick-up and deliver to
a protected location. If you are not sure what location
will work well, give us a call and we'll come by to help
you determine a good location.
Q: Where are the clothes
delivered? A:
Most customers choose their front door, while
others prefer their back door, side door, or inside
their garage.
Q: What if it
rains? A: We only deliver to covered
areas and your clothes will be protected with plastic
covers, so rain is never a problem.
Q: Are my clothes going to be
safe? A: Yes. We guarantee their
safety. Since other delivery services leave packages on
doorsteps in your neighborhood, there shouldn't be a
problem leaving your clothing outside.
Q: Do I need to be there when
you arrive? A: No. Just leave your
clothes out for us, and we'll return them the next
delivery day to your predetermined drop off
location.
Q: Do I have to send in clothes
every time? A: No. We pick up and
deliver on demand basis.
Q: Do I need to fill out a form
each time I use your service? A: No.
Please just fill out the repeat customer information at
the bottom of the free pick up form and click submit or
just call us.
Q: Is there a monthly service
charge? A: No. You only pay for the
cleaning that you send in.
Q: Do you do
alterations? A:
Yes. In fact, we do anything that your current
cleaner does. For alterations, simply pin the
instructions to the garment. Return times vary depending
on the complexity of the alteration and the workload of
the tailor. If you need us to RUSH your order, please
let us know.
Q: Do you have next day service
available? A: Yes. in emergencies we
can make special deliveries. However, for customers who
use our service regularly, emergencies are
rare.
Q: I lost my bag or I need a
second bag. What do I do? A: We will be happy to give you
another bag, free of charge! Simply call to let us know
that you need one, and we will deliver it to you on your
next delivery day. If you need to send in an order in
the meantime, place your clothes inside a plastic bag
along with your name, address, and phone number, then
leave your order at your normal pick-up spot.
Q: I don't know my pick-up day.
How do I find out? What do I do? A:
If your delivery days do not appear on your
laundry bag's ID tag, please call us to find out your
service days.
Q: What happens when it is
raining/snowing/windy? A: If the weather threatens the
safety of your delivery, we will hold your order and
deliver it on your next day of service. If you need your
order sooner, please call us to make special
arrangements.
Q: Are my pick-up and delivery
locations suitable? Should we choose another
one? A: We will let you know
immediately if you have chosen an unsuitable delivery
location. However, you are welcome to change your
delivery location at any time for any reason: just let
us know.
Q: Do you do alterations,
leather, etc.? A:
Absolutely! Anything that you would take to the
cleaner, we can take care of for you. For specialty
items, please call us for pricing and
instructions.
Q: What happens if I put my bag
out and it's not picked up. A: If this happens to you,
please call us immediately; we may still be in your
area. If not, we can try to pick up your order the
following day and still have your clothes delivered on
your normal delivery day. It's never too late to
call!
Q: Can you hold my clean clothes
until I return from a trip? A: Yes, we'll deliver your
clothes to you on the next service day after you return
home.
Q: Why was my shirt dry cleaned
instead of being laundered? A:
Certain types of stains come out better when the garment
is dry cleaned. Also, some fabrics can't take the heat
of the pressing form used to dry and press a laundered
shirt which may damage shirts.
Q: Can I get medium starch on my
laundered shirts while my spouse gets light
starch? A: Yes, we can set your account
up however you like. Just tell us your special needs and
we'll work with you to make sure it happens.
Payment
Q: How do I pay
you? A: Please call us to set up the
account or pay at each delivery or if you prefer once a
month billing.
